Tasting Notes: On the nose the Chalk hill gives off aromas of hedgerow peas, elderflower and cut grass. It leads to an incredibly vibrant palate the sees the core of citrus fruits takeover balanced with a subtle creamy edge. The finish is long and restrained with notes of conference pear and baked apple.
